schools organize sport activities, such as ball games and races.. this is to allow the students to participate and to allow them to horn their ball skill however, people have different views about these activities. school has the intention that the sports activities are good to the health of the students and can reduce the possibility of illness. at the same time, the students can develop the spirit of team work and perseverance, and as a result, they will be more attentive in their lessons. on the other hand, most students think that these activities are a complete waste of time. if they can use the time in learning their subjects instead of playing football, they'll make great progress in their lessons. they reasoned that they will feel very tire after these activities, which has a bad effect on their learning efficiency. i personally think that sports activities should be supported. however, we can reduce the time of these activities so that they will not affect our lessons. we may feel tired after these games but we can learn to relax ourselves by listening to music or something else so as to rejuvenate ourselves. in conclusion, health is the foundation to all work. the only way to keep fit is to exercise
